Today’s media conference gave clarification to the Prime Minister’s announcement yesterday that all restaurants across Trinidad and Tobago, would have to shut their doors and shut down operations, until April 30th. Today, National Security Minister, Stuart Young emphasised that the COVID-19 virus is a contact virus and urged citizens to adhere to the regulations being put in place, for their safety.

The Minister explained that no delivery of cooked food, would be allowed. As such, caterers too, are prohibited from their usual operations at this time.
