An early morning accident around the Queens Park Savannah has claimed the life at least one person.

Details are still coming to hand; however it is believed the incident occurred sometime after 4am the morning.

Up to news time police were still on the scene, as fire officers were in the process of removing the body from the

wreckage of a black Ford Ranger, at the entrance to the Office of the President, near the Botanical gardens.
