A 34 year old man of Erin Road, Cap-De-Ville is in police custody following the death of his one-year-old baby boy on Sunday.
The toddler was rushed to the Point Fortin hospital by his parents after lunch on Sunday, where he was pronounced dead. According to reports, police were initially told that the child’s father had been holding him when he slipped and the toddler, Feroze Mowlah, fell out of his hands, striking his head on a piece of wood.
