The Oilfields Workers Trade Union is expected to picket the office of Minister of Labour, Errol Mc. Leod at around 3:30 today.
The members will take to the Ministry of Labour’s Waterfront office to demand that Mr. Mc Leod delivers on his promise to treat with workers’ rights and labour legislation effectively.
The union will also be joining the Joint Trade Union Movement in a march from the King George V Park to the Prime Minister’s Office in St. Clair.
The march is expected to start at approximately 6pm.
