Parents of students attending a primary school in Delaford Tobago have protested over what they say is shortage of teachers at the institution.
One parent speaking with the media during the demonstration said they have highlighted this matter already but the problem persists.
Tobago officer of the Trinidad and Tobago Unified Teacher’s Association, Orlando Kerr, in a News Power Now interview this afternoon confirmed that the matter has been raised in the past with the Tobago House of Assembly Division of Education.
Mr Kerr is hoping the matter is treated with a level of urgency.
