NEWS GRAPHIC 7Persons who made their way to immigration offices in San Fernando and Port of Spain once again met long lines, since employees refused to work this morning citing of health and safety concerns.

Yesterday, employees in Port of Spain withheld their services claiming that a foul smell at the building was unbearable.

In San Fernando employees were only dealing with emergency cases.

On Thursday the Labour Ministry filed an injunction in the Industrial Court to have workers return to the building and process documents.

The Public Services Association has maintained the employees are well within their rights abstain from operating in the building, even though the court ordered them to do so.
