Caribbean Airlines (CAL) flights have returned to their normal schedule since pilots have returned to work following yesterday’s sick out.
CAL Corporate Communications Manager, Clint Williams told our newsroom that all displaced passengers were accommodated on its flights.
The airline’s customer service was slammed by passengers who complained that they would have to spend large sums of money on accommodation and cancellations without being compensated.
Mr. Williams explained the company’s compensation arrangements which mainly affect international travelers.
He also revealed that the airline is in the process of calculating the losses it incurred from the pilots sick out.
