An account of the India trip led by Prime Minister, Kamla Persad-Bissessar, will be made to the Parliament very soon, was the promise by the Prime Minister herself.

Speaking to members of the media upon her return to Trinidad last night, the Prime Minister said that the cost and the number of people who participated as members of the Trinidad and Tobago delegation will soon be revealed.

She said that she did not know exactly how many people were a part of the mission because she did not see everyone, but added that a report will be put together and submitted as soon as the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Trade and Industry returned.

Mrs. Persad-Bissessar gave an overview of the achievements of the trip, which she said, included 200 meetings, the signing of 50 memoranda of understanding and 50 joint trade meeting.
