A well-orchestrated move to tarnish the image and character of Opposition Leader, Dr. Keith Rowley, is how the Women’s League of the People’s National Movement describes controversial statement against him.

During the government’s no- confidence motion against the Opposition Leader in the parliament on Wednesday, Tobago East Member of Parliament , Vernella Alleyne-Toppin suggested Dr Rowley was born as a result of rape and that these circumstances have made him “aggressive” and “arrogant”.
