The Postal Workers Union is rejecting the ten percent wage offer coming from the Chief Personnel Officer. PWU President, David Forbes, have made confirmation of this situation in a News Power Now interview.
The CPO’s offer is for the period 2011 to 2013.
Mr Forbes also assured that no action will be taken that will affect the smooth running of the company.

Earlier this year TTPOST said there was a high level of absenteeism of its delivery staff. The company said the situation affected the processing of pension cheques and contingency measures had to be put in place.
