Wage negotiations will continue between the Transport and Industrial Workers Union and the Management of the Public Transport Service Corporation tomorrow, as employees of PTSC are calling for a 17% wage increase.
Employees embarked on protest action last week, however according to General Manager of PTSC, Ronald Ford, workers were back on the job this week. He said it is hoped that all will be ironed out when negotiation continue, tomorrow.
Mr. Ford said he understood the workers’ desire to vent their feelings and commended the team effort shown among workers on Carnival Tuesday.
