He was arrested on Saturday, just eight days after being released from custody.
According to police reports, at about 12.40 pm officers from the Northern Division were on mobile patrol along the Churchill Roosevelt Highway.
The officers had cause to stop a vehicle in which Ali was an occupant.
Upon searching the vehicle, the officers reportedly found the carcass of what appeared to be a wild animal.
The three occupants of the vehicle were immediately detained for possession of prohibited meat.
The officers also questioned the 26 year old driver and realised that he was operating the vehicle without a valid driver’s license.
He was charged for driving the vehicle without a valid driver’s permit and insurance
Investigations are continuing.
