REDjet says they were additionally advised to resubmit application on the May 9, 2011, to the Director General of Civil Aviation, to facilitate delivery before the first board meeting of the ATLA on May 10, and this was done accordingly.

The airline confirmed it submitted its application to the relevant authorities in the appropriate manner, according to the regulations and advice from those authorities
