There was a  second major marijuana bust in as many days in the Valencia forest.

On Tuesday officers eradicated over 90 million dollars worth of marijuana trees and seedlings in the forest.

Officers of the Organized Crime, Narcotics and Firearms Bureau and the Eastern Division Task Force, made another million dollar drug bust mere hours after Tuesday’s initial eradication exercise a short distance away from the first drug bust.

Confirmation of this came from Public Information Officer of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service, Sergeant Wayne Mystar, at the daily police media briefing today.

He said this latest drug bust had an estimated value of 70 million 7 hundred thousand dollars.
