The following traffic restrictions have been implemented by the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago for the State Funeral of the late Arthur Napoleon Raymond Robinson SC, OCC, TC – Former President and Prime Minister of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago:

ROADS CLOSED
1. Tuesday 29th April, 2014 from 6:00am to 8:00am:
• Tragarete Road between St. Vincent Street and Dundonald Street.
2. Wednesday 30th April, 2014 from 5:00am to 6:00am:
• Tragarete Road between St. Vincent Street and Dundonald Street.
3. Thursday 1st May, 2014:
(a) From 6:00am to 8:00am:
• Tragarete Road between St. Vincent Street and Dundonald Street.
(b) From 7:30am to 9:00am:
• Frederick Street between Queen’s Park West and Knox Street

NO PARKING
1. Tuesday 29th April, 2014, from 5:00am to 8:00am, and Wednesday 30th April, 2014 from 5:00am to 8:00am:
(a) Tragarete Road between St. Vincent Street and Dundonald Street,
(b) St. Vincent Street between Tragarete Road and Independence Square South,
(c) Independence Square South between St. Vincent Street and Wrightson Road,
(d) Wrightson Road between Independence Square South to Dock Road,
(e) Dock Road.
(f) Richmond Street between Tragarete Road and Independence Square South.

2. Thursday 1st May, 2014 from 5:00am to 4:00pm:
(a) Tragarete Road between St. Vincent Street and Dundonald Street,
(b) St. Vincent Street between Tragarete Road and Independence Square South,
(c) Independence Square North between St. Vincent Street and Chacon Street,
(d) Abercromby Street between Independence Square North and Duke Street,
(e) Knox Street,
(f) Frederick Street,
(g) Broadway,
(h) Eastern Main Road between South Quay and Citrus Growers Association Intersection.

Removal of vehicles unlawfully parked
Without prejudice to any other liability incurred by the commission of a summary oence, vehicles found parked in contravention of this Order may be removed by the Police and impounded and dealt with in accordance with Section 108(1)(b) of the Motor Vehicles and Road Traffic Act.

Drivers are asked to comply with the directions given by police officers and traffic wardens who will be on duty for this occasion.
