Subhas Ramkhelawan
Subhas Ramkhelawan tenders his resignation as an Independent Senator.
He has also resigned as Chairman of the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange.
Mr Ramkhelawan gave the update during a news briefing held at Kapok Hotel on Thursday.
He told the media the move was done to prevent any possible legal action that may arise concerning financial matters in the public domain.
