A male suspect is now being questioned by officers of the Central Division and Homicide Bureau of Investigations, who are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of Joash Pantin.

His great uncle Hayden Wilson spoke with News Power Now on Wednesday afternoon and said that members of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service could have moved faster to find Joash and said the 48 hour waiting process to find missing persons, should be ruled out.

Residents of Cashew Gardens in Longdenville are said to have heard the suspect saying, “ah done him! Ah done him!” after police officers found the body of Pantin, on Monday night.
