NEWS GRAPHIC 8Members of the Trinidad and Tobago Network for Taxi-drivers held a protest outside the office of the Police Commissioner yesterday complaining that Private Hire (PH) drivers were hampering their operations.

According to spokesman for the protestors Adrian Acosta, the practice of PH drivers parking on the taxi stands all day was having a negative effect on their livelihood.

Mr. Acosta said that their demonstration was mesant to get the attention of the acting Commissioner of Police Stephen Williams.

The taxi drivesrs have vowed to continue protesting until their concerns are addressed.
