The Water and Sewage Authority (WASA) is advising its customers in Central and South Trinidad that the temporary water supply schedule will remain in effect until Wednesday 2nd April.
WASA says while the Desalcott plant has resumed its operations, the facility has not reached its normal output of 30 million gallons per day.
The plant was taken out of service from March 26th -28th to facilitate expansion works that will eventually lead to increased production of 40 million gallons per day.
