Returning from last weeks program Dr. Marlene AttzLecturer in Economics at the University of the West Indies as well as a member of the Economic Advisory Board and  Joseph Remy,  President of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions (FITUN), Co-operative Credit Union League, continue their review of the 2017/18 National Budget.

They discuss continuing problems with foreign exchange, greater roles for credit unions and a revamped National Enterprise Development Company (NEDCO) in assisting entrepreneurship, and whether government missed the boat in shifting the demand for foreign goods by stimulating growth in agriculture and tourism sectors.
