Bail has been granted to the third accused in the multi million dollar drug bust in West Moorings on December 4th.
Jervon Cole was today granted bail in the sum of $6.2 million by Port of Spain magistrate Aden Stroude. His bail amount was increased by .2 million because of a pending charge on a road traffic-related incident.
Cole was initially denied bail when he appeared in court last week Monday, pending verification of his River Estate, Diego Martin home. His fellow accused, Atiba Eligon was again denied bail because of his previous convictions on drug-related charges.
Last Monday, the two women, Krystiana Sankar and Yannis Pebbles Augustine, were each granted $6 million bail by Stroude. There was no reduction in their bail amounts.
They have not yet accessed it, but is expected to later today as Stroude approved an application for two properties to cover the $6 million to be approved by a clerk of the peace II. The same allowance was made for Augustine.
