Three persons have been charged and three others are being sought in the case of the missing Ultra Sound machine from the San Fernando general Hospital.
Among the three persons still at large, are two medical doctors.
On Wednesday, the three who have already been charged with larceny of the machine, appeared before a San Fernando Magistrate. They are 44-year- old, Jordon Harripersad of Bonne Aventure, Gasparillo, 28 -year- old Ramesh Bisram of King Street Gasparillo and 29- year- old Devan Singh of Allen Street, Gasparillo.
The ultra sound machine, which is valued at $500,000 is reported to have been stolen between August 7th and August 8th.
On Wednesday, the three men were denied bail and were remanded into custody to reappear next week Monday.
Magistrate Indra Ramoo-Haynes yesterday told the attorneys that while she recognised the accused men were entitled to bail, she would prefer to have an official police criminal record on Harripersad, Bisram and Singh.
