The Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce is delighted that the cargo vessel, Warrior Spirit, is back to its full operating capacity.
For the past four months the vessel has been functioning with only one engine.
The situation had frustrated entrepreneurs and citizens who utilized the service frequently.
Last week Transport Minister, Steven Cadiz, revealed that cabinet agreed to lease a cargo vessel at a cost of 48 million dollars per year. He said the vessel would arrive in T&T soon.
In an interview this afternoon, Tobago Chamber President, Dianne Hadad, said its members are disappointed that the leased vessel will not arrive in time for the busy Easter holiday period.
