Secretary for Health in the Tobago House of Assembly, Tracey Davidson Celestine says a Secondary Entrance Assessment student in the sister isle has tested positive for COVID-19. The student was not allowed to write today’s S.E.A. examination but was taken quarantine. She made the revelation while addressing Wednesday’s post executive council news briefing.

Meanwhile, THA Secretary for Education, Kelvin Charles, told reporters on Wednesday all systems were in place for today’s S.E.A. exam.

The Ministry of Health has confirmed that an additional 44 persons have tested positive for the COCID19 virus in Trinidad and Tobago. There are now 578 active Covid-19 cases in the country.
