The nation’s top 200 Secondary Entrance Assessment (SEA) students were honored at an event held on Sunday.
This year the Government boasted that students performances have increased to levels not seen in a long time.
Minister of Education Dr. Tim Gopeesingh told students that their economic standing should not limited their dreams.
Top SEA students received 1000 units form the Unit Trust Corporation.
On Thursday United Nations members celebrated Universal Children’s Day and Dr. Gopeesingh said Government is attempting to meet child development goals.
