The Trinidad and Tobago Football Association (TTFA) has said that tonight’s match against Jamaica is on contrary to media reports.
An article published today said members of the Soca Warriors who are in Jamaica for the Caribbean Football Union (CFU) Championship have decided to boycott tonight’s
final since they are owed some $10 million by the TTFA.
Association head Raymond Tim-Kee said the match is on and disclosed that the team manager is en-route to Jamaica with cheques to pay the players.
The Ministry of Sport was once again blamed for its slow processing.
