All Trinidad and Tobago nationals who are presently aboard cruise ships will have to stay where they are until given the green light by health experts in Trinidad and Tobago, to be allowed re-entry into the country’s borders. National Security Minister Stuart Young made this clear during today’s virtual media conference.

Minister Young highlighted that many Trinidad and Tobago cruise ship workers are at sea presently. He said while their situation is concerning, the only option available at this time is for them to shelter in place.
