Former Federal Bureau of Investigations executive, Robert Clarke, was today sworn as a Special Reserve Police Officer in the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service.

In a media release the TTPS said Mr. Clarke, who has assumed the rank of Senior Superintendent of Police, is here to assist the TTPS with best practices in dealing with homicides and gang-related activities. 

Mr. Clarke was responsible for dealing with gangs and violence in Los Angeles.

The swearing-in took place on Monday at the Police Administration Building, Port of Spain and was witnessed by Commissioner of Police, Gary Griffith, while the oath was administered by Acting Deputy Commissioner of Police, ‘Administration’, Harrikrishen Baldeo.
