The partial shutdown in the U.S comes mere hours after the two houses of Congress failed to agree on new fiscal measures.
The Embassy in a statement issued today, said fee-funded activities, including visa and passport issuance, and U.S. citizen services abroad, are expected to continue since fees are collected to finance these services.
Persons with visa interviews are advised to visit the Embassy at the scheduled time and they will be seen.
New applicants may continue to register for appointments, as usual.
Services to American citizen will also continue as normal…..
