West Indies Cricket Board

The West Indies Cricket Board yesterday communicated its intent to the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to find a

workable solution for the premature end of the West Indies tour of India in October 2014.

WICB President Dave Cameron was said to have met with some of the directors of International Cricket Council and sought their

assistance in resolving the issue.

The WICB said their support is much appreciated and welcomed.

Saying that it is hopeful of finding a workable solution, the Board said it will send a delegation to meet with the BCCI in the coming

weeks.

Is it necessary to send a “delegation” to meet with the BCCI in India? How much will this cost? Why not a trained mediator together with an appropriate WICB person?
