A 39 year old woman was shot in her face while sleeping at her Petit Valley home yesterday.

Reports have indentifed the woman as Alicia Toussaint of Cameron Hill, Petit Valley.

Relatives said they heard Ms. Toussaint scream and when they investigated they found her bleeding from the injury.

She was rushed to the hospital, where she was treated and listed in a stable condition.
